C&R Consulting & Renovation

C&R Consulting & Renovation holds a 4.8-star rating across 60 reviews, reflecting predominantly positive customer experiences. Customers consistently praise Cindy and her team for strong communication and responsiveness, with many noting quick estimates, clear explanations of options, and regular updates throughout projects. Reviewers frequently highlight the quality of workmanship, particularly meticulous prep work and crisp paint lines, as well as professionalism, punctuality, and fair or reasonable pricing. Cleanliness on the job site and the team's versatility across painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and electrical work are also recurring themes.

The two negative reviews raise concerns about licensing and credentials. One customer reports filing a complaint with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission after a multi-room project, while another states they repeatedly requested license information for flooring, electrical, and plumbing work without receiving it. These concerns appear in a small fraction of reviews relative to the overall rating.
