What Do Customers Say About Five Star Painting Of Bethesda?
Across 70 reviews, Five Star Painting of Bethesda earns a 4.8-star rating, reflecting predominantly positive customer experiences with only a small number of dissenting accounts that do not form a consistent pattern of complaint.
Customers repeatedly highlight the company's professionalism, with many describing crews as courteous, skilled, and detail-oriented from estimate through completion. Timeliness is a frequent theme, as reviewers consistently note that painters arrive on schedule and complete projects efficiently, sometimes ahead of expectations. Communication is another standout, with multiple customers praising the responsiveness and helpfulness of office staff—particularly during estimating, scheduling, and color selection. Pricing is frequently described as fair and reasonable, and reviewers commonly report that crews take care to protect floors, countertops, and furnishings, leaving work areas clean. Thorough preparation, including power washing, scraping, and walk-throughs before and after work, is also mentioned across several reviews.
The few lower-rated reviews raise isolated concerns about surface preparation quality, the need for touch-ups on a first pass, and cleanliness practices such as wearing shoes indoors, but these issues appear in individual reviews rather than as recurring patterns across the customer base.
