Reviewers frequently mention the team's professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, as well as their willingness to work around scheduling needs and provide guidance on color and design choices. Several customers report being repeat clients or referrals from realtors and friends, and many note that the crew handled a range of projects beyond painting, including drywall repair, tiling, and bathroom remodeling.
The two 1-star reviews raise concerns about workmanship quality, specifically citing sloppy painting on baseboards and moulding, unpainted edges and corners, texture issues during a ceiling removal project, and paint that began peeling shortly after completion. In both cases, customers reported needing to ask the company to return for corrections, with one noting that the second visit introduced additional problems.
